WHO IS THE WARRANTOR
The warrantor for this limited warranty is Oreion Motors LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Oreion”), 5115 Industrial Park Loop, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124.
WHICH VEHICLES ARE COVERED
This warranty applies to all Oreion low speed Reeper® and Reeper4 4×4 LSV vehicles (“Oreion Vehicles”) while being operated within the boundaries of the continental United States of America.
WHO IS COVERED
This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable.
WHEN WARRANTY BEGINS
This warranty begins on the vehicle’s in-service date, which is the first date the Oreion Vehicle is delivered to the original consumer purchaser.
Oreion will supply replacement parts and necessary labor for warranty work for a period of one (1) year from the in-service date. After one (1) year, all repair costs are will be the responsibility of the owner.
The performance of necessary repairs and adjustments is the exclusive remedy under this warranty or any implied warranty. Oreion does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this vehicle.
There are no express warranties other than those stated in this written limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written limited warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warrant y lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Oreion shall not be responsible for the payment of damages for incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury to person or property, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits, or income to the owner,dealer or any passenger as a result of a failure of any component or part. Oreion shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
REPAIRS MADE AT NO CHARGE
Repairs and necessary associated adjustments covered by this warranty are made at no charge to the original consumer purchaser for parts or labor only at Authorized Oreion Dealers.
Any needed parts replacement will be made using new or re-manufactured parts. The decision whether a part should be repaired or replaced will be made by the servicing Oreion Dealer or Oreion only with Oreions advanced approval.
WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers repairs and adjustments needed to correct covered defects in materials or workmanship of any parts covered by this limited warranty and supplied by Oreion for the Oreion Vehicle, defects in materials or workmanship of any parts supplied by Oreion for the Oreion Vehicle, subject to the exceptions indicated under “What Is Not Covered”. In particular, this warranty covers the following:
ENGINE: For 1 Year
All internal lubricated parts, i.e. pistons, piston rings, piston pins, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, oil pump, water pump, valves, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters and valve push rods. The engine head, case and cylinders will only be covered if damage is caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above, not from overheating or foreign matter ingestion into the engine
DRIVE SYSTEM: For 1 year
All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case, i.e. differential, differential gears, drive shaft, drive axles, CV joints, axle bearings, reverse gears and output shafts. The drive axle housing as well as the reverse gearbox housing, if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure.
LUBRICATED COMPONENTS: For 1 year
Failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained in the drive axle housing will be covered. (Any component that is bent, broken, or damaged by outside impact is not covered by this warranty.)
FUEL SYSTEM: For 1 year
For carbureted vehicles: carburetor, vacuum fuel pump, intake manifold, fuel tank and fuel pitcock. For fuel injected vehicles: fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator.
ELECTRICAL: For 1 year
Alternator, stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator/rectifier, starter solenoid, starter motor, coil, distributor assembly.
COOLING SYSTEM: For 1 year
Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator switch, cooling fan motors, water pump and water pump housing.
BRAKES: Calipers, disk housings, disk brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors for failure not wear.
CHASSIS: For 1 year
Frame, swing arms, A-arms, and steering controls, so long as not caused by jumping or impact. Rubber components and bushings are not covered. rust damage is not considered a defect and is not covered
TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, i.e. flywheel, hydraulic shift linkage, kick start spindle, kick start secondary gear and transmission gears. The transmission case itself will be covered only if the damage was solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover the following:
1.Tires, rims, bod y panels, paint, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV boots, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters, clutch wear parts, cables, seals, spark plug, any part made from rubber, seals, belts, brake linings and or pads, batteries, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts and fasteners, fuses, relays, windshields or glass, wipers and wiper arms, alignment, electrical, cosmetic items, dirt ingestion in engine, submersion of vehicle which causes damage to engine or other parts, including but not limited to, mud, dirt and water, or damage to the head and gaskets from extreme overheating. Used vehicles or Dealer Demo units. Any warranty repairs needed should the federal restricters be removed or modified in any manner inconsistent with the way the vehicle was sent to original dealer.
2. Repairs needed because the owner fails to follow the minimum maintenance schedule required and break-in requirements recommended by Oreion in t he Owner’s Manual.
3. Repairs needed because of any outside impact including an accident.
4. Repairs needed because of misuse or abuse of the vehicle including but not limited to the following:
A. Misuse of the clutch, such as dragging the clutch which causes premature burning of the friction plates;
B. Misuse of the brakes, 4×4, or differential lock such as driving with the parking brake on; driving on hard surface in 4wd or differential lock which will result in driveshaft, differential, steering gear and axle damage.
C. Gears being damaged or broken because of outside impact, or improper shifting including but limited to not coming to a complete stop before changing direction or not properly engaging the clutch;
D. Jumping and other stunt riding;
E. Modification of any kind to the suspension, engine or drive train;
F. Racing or competition events
G. Driving at constant wide open throttle (over-revving the engine);
H. Vehicle is used in a manner for which it was not designed;
I. Repairs performed improperly by a non-Oreion dealer technician;
J. Use of incorrect lubricants, fuels and or additives
K. Use of aftermarket (non-Oreion) parts for repair;
L. The vehicle is used in a rental or commercial business; and
M. The vehicle is used for improper towing.
N. Drive shaft differential or axle breakage under any circumstances if vehicle wheels and tires are not maintained to factory specifications.
5. All towing travel, dealer service call to customer location and/or shipping charges incurred involving the vehicle’s owner.
6. Incidental or consequential damages associated with a vehicle failure. Such damages include but are not limited to inconvenience; the cost of transportation, telephone calls and lodging; the loss of personal or commercial property; and any loss of pay, commissions, profits or other revenue.
7. Any vehicle that has ever been issued a “salvage” title or similar title under any state’s law; or has ever been declared a “total loss” or equivalent by a financial institution or insurer, such as by payment for a claim in lieu of repairs because the cost of repairs exceeded the cash value of the vehicle.
8. While warranty coverage is not dependent upon the use of any particular brand of replacement parts, this warrant y does not cover non-genuine Oreion parts, or any damage or failure resulting from their use or improper installation. Oreion recommends using only genuine Oreion parts when you need to replace a part on your vehicle.
9. Noise, vibration, cosmetic conditions and other deteriorations caused by normal wear and tear chassis flexing, including paint stress fractures in areas of fasteners attaching to painted components.
10. Normal maintenance services such as engine tune-ups, replacement of fluids and filters, lubrication, cleaning and polishing, replacement of spark plugs and fuses and replacement of worn wiper blades, brake pads/lining and clutch lining.
HANDLING OF WARRANTY CLAIMS
All warranty claims can only be handled through an authorized Oreion Dealer. Customer must present the vehicle to initiating dealer for investigation, diagnosis and repair of any approved defects. All defective parts must be returned to the Oreion by the repairing Dealer for inspection and verification of the defect. Oreion reserves the right to decline any warranty claim based on the criteria listed in the “What Is Not Covered” section of this warranty or if Oreion deems failure was not a defect but failure happened due to any reason under what is not covered section of this warranty. no warranty coverage, parts warranty is available to customer unless dealer fulfills his or her warranty responsibilities.
OWNER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES
The vehicle owner is responsible for presenting t he vehicle to an authorized Oreion Dealer as soon as a problem exists. The vehicle owner is responsible for performance of the required maintenance indicated in the Owner’s Manual. Oreion recommends that the owner retain all receipts covering maintenance on the vehicle. Oreion will not automatically deny a warranty claim solely because the owner does not have records to show how the vehicle was maintained. However, any failure or noncompliance caused by lack of proper and complete maintenance necessary to maintain vehicle in necessary condition for vehicles usage by operators is not covered by this warranty.
When routine maintenance is paid for by the owner, services may be performed by the owner or by any automotive service provider the owner chooses. Oreion will not deny a warrant y claim solely because the owner used a service provider other than an Oreion dealership for routine maintenance. However, any failure or noncompliance caused by such improper maintenance or non Oreion parts being installed, is not covered by this warranty.
INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises regarding warranty coverage, please contact an authorized Oreion Dealer and discuss your concerns with a manager. Usually, a satisfactory solution can be reached at this stage.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
